Inspired by Leibovitz

               My selfie was inspired by the American photographer Annie Leibovitz, who has photographed many album covers, artists, and magazines. Her work is focused on modern and contemporary art, but she has also collaborated with classical artists such as John Lennon and the Rolling Stones. Leibovitz has gotten her work published in Vanity Fair Magazine, Walt Disney Company, and Entertainment Tonight. As a woman becoming a professional photographer may be challenging, but Lebovitz over came financial struggle, loss of her close friend Susan Songtag, and growing up with her militant father. Self invention is what one creates of them self regardless of their obstacles, struggles, or difficulties.
