Two Sides inspired by Frida Kahlo

1. what is the subject of your image?
1. The subject of my image is just showing the two different countries I am from. 
2. what is the content of your image?
1. The content of my image are just a few items that represent each country differently. 
3. why did you make the choices that led to the composition?
1. At first, I had no clue how to represent myself in this project. I haven't really gone through many tragic things. So, I decided to show the different types of food and cultures from the countries on the poster.
4. what do you think this image conveys to the viewers?
1. This image conveys to the viewers the two different types of lives one can have.
5. what artists have influenced your self portrait?
1. Frida Kahlo's self portrait along the boarder line between Mexico and the United States influenced my self portrait. Even though they aren't too similar, one can see where I was coming from. 
6. what techniques have you used to create your self portrait?
1. I used paint as well as different stickers to create this self portrait.
7. why and how does this project represent you?
1. This project represents me because these are the two countries I come from. Even though I live in the United States, I love going to Spain every summer. I basically have two lives.
