| Ana Mendieta inspired |
Ana Mendieta was famous for the connection her artwork made to nature, femininity, and the Earth. Her pieces mostly consisted of organic material such as mud, water, blood, and even the use of animals. My piece may not be deep into the earth,but nature and greenery have always played a significant role in my life. Being outside, enjoying the fresh air, and relaxing under the warm sun brings me to my calmest moments. This picture was taken at a park to represent Mendieta's idea of becoming one with the world.
