| Self Image
• What is the subject of your image?
The subject of my image is an animated gif.
• What is the content of your image?
My images consist of the same image of myself but displaying multiple theme/styles of portrait.
• Why did you make the choices that led to the composition?
I wanted to show case my photoshop skills and show case my versatility as an artist.
• Explain the process and steps you went through and why you made those decisions.
I made this in photoshop, I was able to manipulate a series of the same photo.
• How you would categorize your work (ex. collage, graphic print, mixed media, etc).
This is categorized as mixed media.
• What artists or works are appropriate to compare your work to?
I was able to incorporated Andy Warhol’s prints as part of portraits and Roy Lichtenstein’s comic style as well.
• What do you think this image conveys to the audience?
I used the same self portrait to display how one picture can be transformed into many things. I showcased multiple styles of portrait from photography, painting, and sketch.
• What are the differences between the first self-portrait and your last self-portrait?
My photoshop skills increased since then.
• What influenced these changes?
Wanted to showcase how I’m portrait artist and how I’m skilled in many portrait styles
